That settles over the beach just before the sun drops. The beach here is raw and pure. Soft sand meeting the steady pull of the Pacific, with the edge of the rainforest rising behind it. The sky slowly turns into something almost too beautiful to believe.
At this hour the beach feels open and free. A few quiet locals sometimes pass by, but most evenings it’s just the waves, the changing light and the wide stretch of sand. There’s a sense of space and peace that feels like a gift.
The sky never rushes. It begins with soft golds and warm oranges, then deepens into pinks, lavenders, and rich blues as the sun slips behind the horizon. Some nights the clouds catch fire in the most dramatic way. Other nights the light is gentle and quiet, painting everything in soft pastels.
What I love most is how pure it feels. The view stretches uninterrupted... just the natural meeting of land and sea and the sky putting on its final show of the day. I often stand still for a while before lifting the camera, simply taking it in. These sunsets have a way of slowing everything down and filling the moment with quiet wonder.
